1) Sending Digital impressions
Once the Impression has been captured by the scanner, the data can be directly sent to the lab through approved, established connection as shown in the respective scanner system manuals. For open systems, clinicians can download the scan data and mail it directly to the lab on the email address provided.
2) Sending Manual Impressions
• Fill the RX - Following RX forms can printed - crown and bridge RX, Removables RX, Implants RX
• Pack Your Case - Completely fill out and sign the prescription. Please check all required boxes to ensure your Rx specifications are met. Then, carefully pack your case, arrange contents in a plastic bag for proper infection control and tape box securely shut.
• Ship your case - Once the box is securely taped shut, attach a FedEx shipping label to top or place the box in a FedEx bag and place the shipping label on the bag.
