1) What services does Diverse Dental Lab Offer?

Diverse Dental Lab is a full service digital dental laboratory. We can produce crowns and bridges, removables like partial, full or flexi dentures, e.Max®, Zirconia, Full Contour Zirconia, Multi Layered Zirconia, Custom Implants and gladly except over-denture and full-mouth reconstruction cases. We are also introducing aligners and value added services.

2) What is the best way to send you photos?

We prefer you send us digital photos to ensure a consistent quality. We have dedicated email addresses for all areas of our business. For your patient photos please use info@diversedentallab.com

3) Can you accept Digital Impression Files?

Absolutely! We are a digital lab and we accept files from all intra-oral scanner brands.You can upload the .stl files on our easy to use customer portal or e-mail them to us at cs@diverrsedentallab.com We certainly recommend sending digital files for faster,easier case processing and greater precision in the restorations.

4) How do I ship cases and what are the fees involved?

We offer shipping options with FedEx and UPS. A strong partnership with FedEX and UPS provides us with consistent on time delivery, easy and seamless tracking and most importantly, peace of mind. For pricing information please speak with the customer service representative.

5) Do you offer a RUSH service for special cases and is there a fee?

Oh yes, we do! We do charge a nominal rush fee for these cases and request that they are called in and pre-scheduled before sending them to the lab so that we can plan and process the case optimally.

6) Do you use materials meeting FDA standards?

For sure! Diverse Dental Lab prides in self-regulation. We only work with the best materials from the outset be it the partnership with globally recognized material partners or using only FDA approved materials we make sure we audit our process end to end.

7) Can Diverse Dental Lab assist with case planning?

Our experienced technicians are happy to work directly with you to develop a detailed treatment plan for your case if required. Our team of experts will continue to support you throughout the entire process to ensure that the final restoration exceeds your expectations.

9) What do I use to cement my crowns with?

The recommended cement may vary depending on the type of crown.We request you to visit our product section and refer to cementation guide for the same

11) I am a patient and have a denture that needs fixed. Can I get it done at your lab?

Unfortunately, we are not able to see patients without directions from a licensed dentist. By law, a dental laboratory cannot work directly on patients without the supervision of a dentist.
