Diverse Dental Lab, accepts files from any open system(.STL export) from the following scanners:

The lab embraces intraoral scanning technology ensuring the following steps:

Sending Digital impressions

Once the Impression has been captured by the scanner, the data can be directly sent to the lab through approved, established connection as shown in the respective scanner system manuals. For open systems, clinicians can download the scan data and mail it directly to the lab on the email address provided.

Digital case Design

At Diverse Dental nearly 100 percent of the case design is handled with dental design software. This enables our experience technicians to shape every aspect of a restoration, ensuring precise fit, function and aesthetics. This all digital design process guarantess higher accuracy in the final restoration as errors inherent in the traditional impression and pouring of the stone models are completely eleminated.

Digital Production

After the digital restoration design is complete, the design file is transferred to the appropriate production team based on the type of material and restoration required by the clinician. Regardless of the impression sent, all the restorations at the Diverse Dental lab are fabricated with precision with the same cutting edge technologies and techniques.
